  Just called this lot for repairs to a dishwasher- advertised they repair Bosch on their website- apparently they don't. Woman on the phone was "snippy" at best. Have heard from other people having to deal with her that she is outrageously rude. She has done me a huge favour moving me on after reading other google reviews.

  Ordered a part to repair an appliance as recommended by the supplier. Technician arrived with wrong part and advised that he would source a new quote for the right part. When I chased this over 1 week later I was informed that it would cost an extra amount of money that made buying a new unit cheaper then fixing it in the first place. When I requested a refund on the parts and service I did not receive I was told that there would be no refund. Have just been ripped off several hundred dollars.
